Why EZLAH

How we approach healthcare supply

Dialysis is a scheduled treatment, and the consumables it depends on have to be right and on time. These are the principles we work to.

  • Quality at manufacture

Our concentrates are manufactured under ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified quality systems and are CE marked. Certification is provided with every enquiry.

  • Specified correctly

Concentrate is not interchangeable. We confirm formulation, presentation and machine compatibility against your unit's requirement before anything is agreed.

  • Continuity of supply

Renal services cannot pause. We plan supply around treatment volumes and lead times, and hold our schedules to the commitments we make.

  • Named account management

Every account has a named contact who knows the specification, the machines in use and the delivery schedule. Enquiries are answered by someone already across the detail.

  • Long-term partnerships

We build supply relationships intended to run for years, with the providers we serve and with the manufacturers we represent in the United Kingdom.

Ethical supply

Anti-slavery and human trafficking

EZLAH Distribution Ltd does not tolerate modern slavery, forced or compulsory labour, child labour or human trafficking in any part of our business or our supply chain.

  • Zero tolerance

Modern slavery in any form is incompatible with doing business with EZLAH. It applies to our own operations and to every organisation in our supply chain.

  • Supplier expectations

We expect the manufacturers and suppliers we work with to uphold the same standards, comply with the law wherever they operate, and be able to evidence how they do so.

  • Due diligence

Prospective suppliers are assessed before any agreement is entered into, taking account of labour standards, worker welfare and ethical practice.

  • Worker welfare

We support safe working conditions, fair pay and freely chosen employment throughout the chain that brings our products to the United Kingdom.

  • Raising concerns

Anyone with a concern can raise it with us directly or through our feedback channel. Concerns raised in good faith are treated seriously and in confidence.

  • Acting on findings

Where a concern is identified we raise it, seek evidence of correction, and end the relationship if it is not addressed.
